The GLSL is an un-incorporated assocoation organized to provide recreational youth and adult soccer for multiple clubs on the west side of Ottawa, Ontario. The organization of the league is defined in the Constitution.
The GLSL Constitution may be updated periodically, through the procedures specified in the Constitution itself. To be associated with the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA), and to retain membership in the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association, the GLSL Constitution must adhere to the standards set by these two organizations.
