By-Laws (replaces Constitution as of incorporation in 2024)

The GLSL is an un-incorporated assocoation organized to provide recreational youth and adult soccer for multiple clubs on the west side of Ottawa, Ontario. The organization of the league is defined in the By-Laws.

TheTo be associated with the Ontario Soccer (OS), and to retain membership in the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association, the GLSL By-Laws must adhere to the standards set by these two organizations.

Club Application Form

This application form is to be used by "Associate" (Annual) Member Clubs to indicate their interest in submitting teams into the GLSL and to identify the club contacts.

Team Application Form

This application form is to be used by all clubs to identify the teams they will be entering into the GLSL and to identify the required scheduling information. The team application form will be a google sheet, shared with Club Representatives, to be completed by a date determined at a Board of Director's meeting.
